Tasting Notes: A beautiful shade of soft translucent pink. On the nose, strong floral scents engulf the olfactory sense. On the palate this is no ordinary “soft and cuddly” Rosé. It provides strong fresh and dried strawberry flavors with green apples. Secondary flavors of watermelon and honeydew swirl about playfully in the mouth. The finish is mouth puckering with the combination of bright slightly higher acidity and subtle citrus springing forth.

Pairing Suggestion: The perfect charcuterie wine. Slices of apple, salami, Point Reyes Blue cheese, French Brie, dried apricots and cranberries, Italian olives and peppers, and an assortment of crackers.
